I've just started a small sustainable travel organisation that offers authentic tours of Northern Thailand. We practice responsible tourism and have several community projects. I would like to increase custom which is very small at the moment, how can I promote this and spread the word on the internet?

Thai culture is vastly different from English culture and so
before setting foot in Thailand you should find out about the
essential 'do and don'ts' . Good luck!

For sure Thai culture is completely different, but even if you're marketing to a western audience there are plenty of opportunities to attract customers.
First off, the most important thing will be to make yourself a good website, and get information about your services out there for people to read.
