South Africa, Florida, The Gambia have formal agreed policies, Rwanda and Bhutan are still debating drafts. The policies can be found on aRTy downloads page on this site..
What do you think of the policies?

APEC Tourism Ministers Meeting on Responsible Tourism in Asia Pacific
 
The 5th Tourism Ministerial Meeting of the APEC forum begins today in Lima with the presence of ministers and vice ministers from the 21 member economies. The event's agenda will focus on social inclusion, environmental sustainability, cultural sustainability, better air connectivity and corporate social responsibility. The meeting, called “Towards Responsible Tourism in the Asia Pacific”, will be chaired by the Peruvian Tourism minister Mercedes Aráoz, Tourism vice minister Pablo Lopez de Romaña and the President of the Extraordinary High Level Commission APEC 2008, Luis Giampietri Rojas. The opening meeting will be held at the Marriot hotel, in Miraflores

The introduction of national responsible tourism policies is a great step forward, these examples you have indicated here are very helpful guides for us all. What concerns me is that policies also have to be regularly reviewed.  With the impact of climate change all parties need to consider adaptation plans now. From a recent report on US National Parks it appears Florida could be affected significantly. Climate Change Risk Mitigation and Adaptation Policies need to planned to protect the community, their environment (through connectivity programs for wildlife) and protecting their tourism income. I fear that Climate Change is very much a moving target and we now need to regularly review responsible tourism policies to that action can be taken at a local level. Note the following links:
